We had dinner for 2 on a Saturday evening A truly exquisite cuisine in a place where you dont expect it (see comment on the Seepark hotel). There is no menu, you can only chose the number of courses you want. We took the 5 courses option (no cheese plate). The plus: Very creative cuisine, mix of Asian and European flavors All courses were prepared to play on the visual and gustative sensations (see picture of the desert). You felt just by looking at the plate all the attention to the details. Fishes and meat were perfectly cooked and the courses were never too big or too small. Impeccable service. I had dinner in this hotel's restaurant the evening before a seminar hold in the structure; cooking was good I ordered fried prawns as a starter and a main dish of black bass but prices were simply too high and the waitress very standoffish. In a luxury environment I can justify high prices but not for sure lacking courtesy of the staff

We ate luncheon here in July 2015. It was a bright sunny breezy day. The food was cooked to perfection, but almost an afterthought, as we sipped wine and enjoyed the spectacular view of the Thunersee and the Alps. Quiet, peaceful, absolute refinement. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was creative and delicious. Presentation was beautiful. The goose liver pate was too strong for several at my table, but everything else was terrific. I ordered the vegetarian menu, and each dish was unique.

Beautiful, very clean rooms and excellent service. Always friendly and accommodating, no matter what time of day. The view over Lake Thun is breathtakingly beautiful. And you can relax wonderfully in the hotel's spa.
