I was very excited to try this restaurant and I was impressed by the ambiance. The lighting was low to set the mood, and it wasn't crowded or too loud. Our server Manny was kind and informative about the food and drinks. We followed his recommendations and ordered the bread service and the Ya Ya gumbo. The bread service was amazing, even though I don't usually eat bread. The Ya Ya gumbo was also delicious, and I appreciated the different spices in it. We also tried the bone-in pork chops and the scallop Creole, which were both delicious. I will definitely be returning for brunch!
I wanted to love this restaurant! Its very pretty. Its overpriced and the food ranged from bad to adequate. The fact that you have to pay for the bread which frankly is the highlight of the menu pointed to the end My husband had the fluke -wine sauce seperated when poured on the fish. The dessert, the baked alaska, tasted like coffee over stale cake-for $22-no thanks. When we made the reservation-we said we were celebrating someones birthday-nothing was done. Just an overpriced-bad dinner.
Misleading menu. The jambalaya is not what you think. It is completely deconstructed and frankly the portions are ridiculous for the $85 price tag. The service fairly good
Loved the jazz during brunch, food was all delicious, and amazingly good service. The pate was a must and finishing it off with a wonderfully poured absinthe.

The service was a bit slow, it took a few minutes to be seated. However, the food was fantastic and the drinks were also very good!
It’s a great place to catch up with friends. Our food was a bit cold, but we didn’t even mind to be honest. Loved the jazz music.
The food and staff were fantastic! They were really understanding and accommodating towards gluten allergies.
Cocktails were top notch… Perfect ambience for a first date or other romantic occasion.

Delicious, lovely waiter, but the crab was almost nonexistent on the Egg Neptune.
