I recently visited Dave Buster's with a group of coworkers, excited to unwind and enjoy some drinks after a long day. Unfortunately, my experience took an unexpected turn that left me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the manager, Donna, and her coworker, Tim. As someone who is clearly of legal drinking age at 25, I was enjoying my alcoholic beverage and engaging in conversation with my coworkers when the manager approached me. She asked for my ID, and, unfortunately, it was in my car and not on my person at that moment. We came here as a family to celebrate my Brother in laws birthday. I can honestly tell you that the service was less than mediocre. We were a party of 8 and we were hardly checked up upon. The dining room wasn't even full. We had a waitress come over who wasn't even dealing with us and stated that we asked for the check. We never did, later on the original waitress Jada without even asking if we needed to order dessert was ready to give us the check as well. We were rushed, I am still trying to figure out why. We only ordered 1 piece of dessert and we told the waitress multiple times that we needed a candle and it wasn't brought out. We mentioned this to Jada and she responded with of course...

Last week we went here for the very first time. Well it was nice having the place pretty much to ourselfs since it was a weekday and afternoon. But the staff was not very friendly they was like annoyed that we was there. Even the waitress was not very nice at all. I asked for a lemonade and ended up with a mixed drink. Great time at Dave and Busters. Went early enough in the day that there was no one around and drinks/food came fast. Wasn’t too bad of an old fashioned but the food held us over to play a few games for the next hour. If you have some time and want to play some of the newer arcade games, stop by the Palisades.

Great place to bring young kids. Half price Wednesdays are the best especially during school vacations. Plenty of toys and the claw machines actually give you prizes. All around a must go to if you have kids under 10.

Very large D&B. It has games that we haven't seen before. I would like to see a better selection of items to choose from the points redemption area. Other wise, it's a good place to eat and have some fun.

Loads of fun, but service and food can use some work. Some of the games need repairs and some need to be restocked. It was nice. You can still have a good time, but the place needs some work to improve. Réservez une table maintenant
