the owner recognizes us again and again. every time we visit and he even knows what we usually order! I stopped to go and forget what my friend ordered in the rule. andrew remembered! he is always friendly and really appreciated his customers! the under and handcut friars are always delicious and consistent! great atmosphere! super clean! we love it and visit the week once or twice! highly recommended!

I've only lived here a week and I've eaten here twice. If that doesn't tell you how good it is nothing will. And this visit we had to order a second sub because my kids were loving every bite.
