Dave's Cosmic Subs Vermont

This was the worst experience I've ever had getting food! I received a notification that my order was ready, so I went across the street to pick it up. However, 15 minutes later, my order still wasn't ready. The staff had to re-make my fries because the sandwiches still weren't done. When my order was finally ready, I returned to work and sat down to eat. The fries were disgusting, so I threw them out. The meatballs, which I saw being microwaved, were rubbery, and the cheesesteak was overly greasy. I felt sorry for the man working on the grill, as he seemed to be doing all the work compared to his coworker. Even though I work nearby, I will not be going back to this restaurant.

The atmosphere was great but i paid almost 30$ for 2 sandwiches that were about 8 inches. The subs were poorly constructed and each bite was one ingredient (not the way a sandwich should be) and the “cosmic sauce” was over powering. Not worth the money at all. I have heard such great things about this place but I couldn’t believe how overpriced and mediocre it was. The bread was so crunchy/over baked that it hurt my mouth. Hopefully this was just an off day for them but I was so disappointed especially for 15$ a sub.

seriously rough! the grateful dave. had, tomaten (there was no tomaten,) red wobbles (there was no red wobbles,) alfalfa sprouts (there was no sprosen) and avocado (the avocado was black and old and rotten and disgusting see photo.) there is literally a food store over the street from the sandwich shop. you would assume that if supply chains interrupting problems key components such as tomaten and avocado, they could simply get over the road. Serving redd black avocados is not in order. I will not be back

I would need to check the menu again to recall the name of the sandwich I ordered, as it was about a week ago. It was a disappointing experience. The sandwich consisted of just one piece of meat folded in half with a large amount of shredded cheese. I used to enjoy this restaurant when it first opened, but it seems like they may be cutting corners with their ingredients to stay in business. Just to clarify, this review is dated August 2nd and the sandwich in question is the #5 Dave's All American. Réservez une table maintenant

I stopped in here on a whim, thinking it was a local sub shop, turned out it?s a small chain with locations around the Eastern states. With that said, I would NOT let that curb your enthusiasm. The food turned out delicious, staff was friendly, and thequality was a step above your regular Jimmy Johns or Subway. The French fries were obviously fresh cut potatoes and all theingredients in the super Dave sandwich I got were carefully selected

Yummy for Less Money for My Honey.Did you hear the one about the husband who asked his wife for dinner from a place that has great sub and fries. He put on an impish smile and danced a way. Surprise! The wife found a great place called Dave's Cosmic Subs. Not only did they have EVERYTHING, it was a reasonable price. The loving husband just smiled and said Well Done. Thank you Dave's Cosmic Sub for a win, win, win!

I would not recommend. There were ingredients missing from my sandwich and the ingredients that were there were low quality and less than fresh. It was mostly lettuce and shredded cheese drowning in sauce. I ended up throwing it away and going elsewhere toeat. Very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed. I was looking forward to trying Dave's subs. This was supposed to be an Italian sub. Where is the meat? This is the thinnest sub I have ever had. Only one slice of salami, paper-thin slice of prosciutto, and paper-thin tomato. What a disappointment. Réservez une table maintenant

- I love this place. was not there again. flavor still big, the size of the subs is much smaller. felt like a tear to me, just not much meat in there. probably don't come back, sad.

last minute decision and we have had luck. the menu is a fantastic combination of great sub-idea and the poutine beaten as it should.
