I do not recommend Dave 's Cucina. Yesterday on Sunday August 6th, 2023 art 17:16 Hours or 5:16 PM I went to this Italian restaurant owned by a Mexican. I attend this restaurant very infrequently. Since it opening approximately 2019. I usually go approximately 3 times a year. The owner and I are not friends, but we are acquaintances on friendly relations. The food is quality and service is average. That day there was an incident, involving a confrontation between he and I. That is the reason I do not recommend Dave 's Cucina. Wow, wow and WOW! This place is absolutely amazing and I don't grade easily. I've had their chicken parm and chicken francese. This is on a par with, if not better than, the very best Italian restaurants in the area.For $19, as of the writing of this review, you get salad, pasta, bread and the entree easily enough for two unless you are a really big eater.To be clear, this is not a restaurant to dine in. There are a few tables and chairs but this is primarily a take out place. At this point in my life, when I have guests over I order out and this is my favorite place for ordering out and entertaining at home.If their food was served in Aroma Osteria you would be extremely happy with the meal...
I'd be weary of ordering this restaurant using any of the apps, or in general. Saw this on DoorDash, love calzones, tried to order, no description of any of the contents of their meals like what cheese they use and it said unavailable. That's fine, went to Grubhub and the same order was available. 20 minutes later it was canceled, no reason. Switch back to DoorDash and it's magically available. I order, it says 20-30 minutes and 5 minutes later it says 75 min. Reviews seem fabricated. I live a mile from this place, nothing I order should take over an hour.
This hidden gem serves some of the finest Italian cuisine in the area, boasting the best pesto you can find around. No one else in the vicinity prepares homemade mozzarella sticks quite like they do, which is how we discovered this fantastic restaurant. The owner is incredibly dedicated and often works late into the night—sometimes until 3 or 4 AM—to ensure every customer gets exactly what they ordered, using only the freshest ingredients that elevate the dishes to a whole new level. Placed an order over the phone. 30 minutes later drove all the way there to pick it up, the lady I spoke to on the phone said she couldn't remember me placing the order. How do you forget an order 30 minutes later? I even had to look at the number I called to make sure I wasn't tripping. I was not tripping. Although the owner apologized, something just seems off, the whole thing doesn't make any sense to me. Never again.

This restaurant is truly a gem in the area. The owners are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the warm atmosphere. We tried Kary's vegetable pizza, and it was hands down the best pizza we've ever had! The freshness of the ingredients really makes a difference. We encourage everyone to support this wonderful establishment!
