I woke up early, it was renntag. the hard work was done, I only had to get to the start line in time. Google maps showed that it was an hour and a half with the auto after bakewell. I arrived comfortable in the time, there was surprisingly little traffic. I ran the 13.1 miles along the Monsal path in an insurmountable time that led the London Marathon a month earlier and not really at my speed since. on the way back I had to look past ron curries to see some windows, it was already about 2 clock and I got hungry. This is the best chip shop in Sutton. The chips were cooked perfectly and had a nice red hue to them. The fish cakes were delicious and beautifully made. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty chippy. They also have great meal offers and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
