David's - Réservation de table

I took my partner to David's restaurant for his Birthday. We were passing this restaurant so many times and we said we should go there some day. Well I thought as it is his Birthday I will take him for nice meal. WoW..... thats all I can say. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were coming now and again and ask how was food and if everything was ok. Very nice touch. Food is really good. We had 3 course meal deal (if that what u can say we had starters which was delicious (added pictures then we had mains which meat was nice and tender just how it should be and dessert was lovely (it was enough on plate, not overloades. . Warm, friendly welcome to this lovely restaurant. Very nice meal with much of it (especially the chicken liver pate) clearly home made. Limited but well thought out wine list with the recommended wine being very nice, good value and perfectly paired to our meal. Service was efficient, friendly and the proprietor (I assume) gave us helpful information about a lovely cocktail bar not far away. Overall a very friendly and enjoyable dining experience, we will definitely be back. It's well worth the train journey from Dumfries!

Beautiful little restaurant in a lovely part of Carlisle, close to the centre. The manager was really hospitable and the waitresses were attentive and couldn’t have done more for us. We all enjoyed a delicious three course meal and had a lovely celebratory afternoon there after a graduation. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing meal at David’s Restaurant, the food was incredible, the staff and Manager were very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant itself had a lovely atmosphere. We chanced it and walked in for a last minute meal, and were so pleased we did! Roll on the Spring menu Réservez une table maintenant

First time coming to David's after passing it so often. Chris was very welcoming as soon as went inside. The staff were also fantastic. Meals were very nice and tasty. Overall experience was 5 out 5. I would recommend coming to this restaurant and will be coming back in the future.

the choice of what to have from the menu was as difficult as the selection was excellent. the food was delicious, very well presented and the service was excellent. one of the best places I've ever eaten.

Lovely restaurant, excellent food and wine. Venison was delicious. Tasty home made breads. Owner made us very welcome. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Food is delicious. Twice baked souffle is divine. This resturant is a must when you're in Carlisle. The food really is wow Réservez une table maintenant
