90 minute old cheese pizza,.reheated with pepperoni added to it. This was serviced by someone who was playing with their hair and then prepping food with no gloves on. What are we doing? Inside, tables dirty, sticky, pieces of food. No choice but to use outside table. Chair outside, gum smashed on seat. Again, what are we doing? Description says authentic.....etc. The only thing that seemed authentic was the lack of effort with the staff that were on duty. The locals may buy this, but no self respecting person is going to sit on dirty chairs, at a dirty table and buy questionable food. I know we can all do better. Bad day or not. I'll try again soon. If it's better. No issue improving impres...
Food-the pizza was good. I really like the crust which is an important part of pizza. Service- the lady that took our order on the phone was very short. There was no thank you, she spoke as if I was bothering her. Atmosphere——horrible. This was the first time there and last. Before you even go into the place the windows are dirty, trash on the walkway, then inside was not pleasant either. Dirty windows, cash register dirty, chairs and table might have been clean they just looked dirty. One thing I did like was the cook wore gloves. . . Oh well, overall I would rate them a 3.
I only eat Pizza at Davino’s. The vegan cheese and gluten free crust is not something I can easily get anywhere else and it’s absolutely delicious. The owner of Davino’s is a hard working guy. Sometimes he takes on more responsibilities while growing two locations and still with a smile and a handshake. He really cares about his customers and his customers care about him. Anybody who doesn’t give 5 stars ordered the wrong meal.
