Just came from the restaurant… everytime I politely asked who was the waiter, some said they didn’t know and when I found out who she was she dismisses even acknowledging me and that was after sitting there for 30 minutes. The same women that I asked last was the waiter only attending to some gentleman at another table and I watched her walked back and foward to the table about 5 times. The crazy part was we weren’t the only table waiting and she didn’t even acknowledge, speak, or say give me a few minutes no nothing lol. Y’all need to get it together !
I now understand the name dawg house because the food is as good as dog food and the service is terrible. I walked into the bar on February 15 and sat at the bar on the left with two female bartenders and I left after 10 minutes because no one even said hello. there were only 8 people at the bar. This entire hotel has many problems and quality trained employees is one of the biggest problems.
This sports bar is in a casino and has a wall of large screens showing lots of sports. They also gave tables with gaming screens built into them. The menu is limited, but generally good. My Chicago hot dog was overloaded with fillings and was difficult to eat and messy. Less would have been better. The fries were excellent and the service was good.
Pink haired waitress was so rude it was comical. She’s literally a waitress who is in the service industry and had an attitude that was disgusting. She needs to be in a different line of work. Manager noticed we looked upset and he made a comment about US being in bad moods. Umm no your waitress was rude as he to us for no reason.

The service was disappointing. They brought my wife's meal out, and midway through her eating, the waitress approached and said she would check on my food. I told her not to worry about it since we had to leave soon. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation—just a plate set down without any consideration.
I received excellent and friendly service during my visit. I ordered the Warpig, and I couldn't help but sing the song in my head as I enjoyed my meal—thankfully, not out loud; I’m sure they would have asked me to leave for that, and rightly so! Overall, it's a great restaurant with reasonable prices.
The food was entirely too salty, as as if they dumped the whole container of salt on the food before they serve it on top of that they said that they were selling smoked wings, but gave us fried wings. Don’t waste your money. Oh, but the lemonade was good..
Two weeks before March Madness, and they still have no idea if they'll be hosting a viewing party for the games. It's no surprise that Resorts World is losing billions while Wynn across the street is thriving.
