Chicken was delicious but place was dirty, tables were not wiped when customers left, and service was mediocre. Chicken server (female) was inattentive and was sing loudly to blasting Latin Rap. We had to ask for plates, forks and napkins. New only gottwo napkins and had to get paper towels from dirty bathroom. We speak Spanish and lived as US diplomats throughout Latin Americawhere good service was the norm. Horrible service and cleanliness downgraded what would have been a very good meal to get a twostar review. If we go there again we will take our chicken to go.
This is no longer limas chicken. It's charbroiled chicken grill. Staff really seem like they don't want to be there. Chicken is extremely over salted. Yucca was very dry and flavorless. Plantains weren't cooked all the way, the were still hard. Theycharge you extra for everything, make sure you pay attention to the small price next to the big price. You want dark meat? It'sextra. You want plantains? It's extra. Extra sauce? That's extra too. This place is not worth the price. Their competitor inBowie town center is much better and costs less.
First: This restaurant is no longer Lima's Chicken. This is supposed to be Pollo Saltado. If you know, then you know what's wrong. When I called to let them know they forgot the sauce, the guy working on 6 January around 6:30 PM, hung up on me. Note:I had this same dish this past weekend and it was done the right way and so delicious. So I'm not sure what happened. Oh thecook was coughing in the back with mask down and didn't cover the cough either. ????
I really enjoyed the Peruvian flavors at Lima's today. I stumbled upon it while passing through, and it was quite similar to Richmond's Chicken Fiesta. The seasoning on the chicken was fantastic, the steamed vegetables were great, and although the yucca was a bit over-fried, it was still tasty. I'll definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.

I've been visiting this restaurant since it first opened. I understand the challenges posed by the pandemic and inflation, but paying $11 for just a cup of soup (and not even a large one) feels excessive. I'm also a bit disappointed with the new service; it used to be more friendly and attentive.
The potatoes with cheese was under cooked and had an unexpected sour twang. Everything else was delicious. The chicken, fried rice, salad and especially the yuca! Green sauce can’t be beat.
Expensive food, the chicken doesn't taste good, everything is look like old and the flavor is not good. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
There was something wrong with the order. I called and they apologized and offered to replace my meal for free. Good customer service.

Had the gyro. The tortillas was warm, fluffy and melted in my mouth. So good. Very nice atmosphere. Would visit again.
Food was excellent the beef stew was a 9 out of 10 the fried catfish was a 10 and the cream spinach a 9..
