After visiting property nearby I stopped in for lunch, arriving at precisely 13:41 hours. I don 't know if we can serve you etc., the usual fare. The waitress then told me what I could have, and the choice was essentially anything as long as it did not require cooking. The choice being extremely limited I attempted to console myself with dried meat and its little salad . Get this! For 16 Euros I was served a plate of quasi frozen dried meat ; indeed, it was more akin to cardstock instead of any meat that I 've ever encountered, both in its utter lack of any flavor and especially in its consistency. Dentures are not a good idea here. The salad, quasi-frozen as well, was essentially served in a thimble. I ordered a cheese platter in desperation, only to be served 4 lonely pieces of industrial cheeses, quasi-frozen as well and without any flavor. Add a small bottle of water and a nasty expresso and this gastronomic delight came out to 30 Euros. The gruff service was free, however. 'Abondance ? at the restaurant de l 'abbaye Penury is a more fitting description.
Nous avons été attire par la terrasse fleurie de ce restaurant, et nous n'avons pas été déçu.... Le service est tout à fait correct, et la nourriture est bonne. Je conseille le feuilleté aux morilles qui est un délice. Le seul reproche que je peux faire c'est que les plats sont beaucoup trop copieux
We ate her for dinner whilst on holiday in this beautiful part of the world. We all enjoyed the 34 euro set menu, which is very good. Between the four of us, we tried nearly all the dishes and everything was excellent, especially the fish and the lamb. We will definitely return!
