We booked every week at 12.30. We entered as cattle several hundred people at a time after queuing outside the hotel. The letter/menu around the person's size, depending on small variants they offer. We ordered foie and lamb. The very vulgar foie, presented in a strange strip that made the natural texture lose. The lamb, pretending to do something different or more modern, presented it in two strips with two different textures and quite insipid. The attention was slow. The place, without a doubt, spectacular. But in my opinion it does not deserve the price they charge.
