Der Faden zur traditionnellen Küche Italiens geht ein wenig verloren. In der Karte steht zwar der Name wie Carbonara, jedoch hat es nicht mehr viel mit dem zu tun. Die Gerichte sind High Class, dass ich nicht mehr das gefühl habe in einem Italienischen Restaurant zu sitzen. Das Restaurant ist darauf ausgelegt enorm gehobene Gerichte zu servieren. Schade finde ich das die Gerichte wahnsinnig teuer sind und das Teller zu 1/12 bedeckt ist. Wir haben nur für das Entrecote 56. pro person bezahlt. Auf dem Teller war ein schaum mit durchmesser 1cm, Fleisch 5 auf 3 cm ein Stück von einer kleinen Artischocke auch ca 4 cm und 1 Krokette. Es war gut abr für den Preis viel zu wenig. the restaurant at the edge of the bieler old town is beautiful. the tower (de la tour) belonged to the medieval city wall and you can even eat in a tower room.The kitchen is Italian and belongs to the better what you can get in biel. my tagliata was the very first. the prices are a bit high, but the ambiente counts as well. the wine card should be a bit more detailed.
Belle expérience culinaire, fraîcheur et spontanéité dans un cadre design et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Raffinement des sièges aux couverts. Service relativement mauvais, pas bien renseigné. Les plats sont arrivés froids pour la plupart, les prix sont chers pour des portions pas qualitatives et minuscules. Pour finir, une partie du plat à été oublié… déception totale.
