Ususally get good service, today was really disappointing though. Had a small order. Gluten free pie, chicken tenders x2 a salad. Took an hour and 40 mins.. not the end of the world, I don't think they told me there would be an extended wait... but maybe I missed it, np. The food was delivered cold..... still not worth writing a review mistakes happen, although still frustrating. But the kicker is after an hour and 40 minutes I got the food only to find out they had forgotten the salad... the gentlemen did apologize when he arrived and I think they sent someone right over. But not an offer of a future discount or refund for the salad, cmon, we waited over 2 hours to eat.
This place is unreal. Usually was a Franks Pizza in west milford regular. I found a coupon in the paper for a free pizza from DeMarco’s so decided to give it a try. The food is 10/10 awesome. Since getting that free pizza my family has ordered from there 4 times in the past 7 days. The chicken buffalo with ranch sandwich is my go to and I highly recommend. All of their pastas are great as well, the penne Alfredo with chicken is absolutely delicious. Staff are also great people, I went in there and pretty much reiterated everything I’m writing in this review to them and they were loving it. 11/10 food they deliver!!!
Food was below mediocre. Pizza was floppy after asking it to be crisp. Service was horrible, idk who it was but it was some short fat woman in the front who was extremely rude and treated the staff horribly. She walked away for a bit and I tried talking to the guy who was making my pizzas and he was also extremely rude. I will never be going back and I advise everyone to not go here
It was my first time ordering, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. Although some of my food arrived incorrectly, they quickly brought the right items and allowed me to keep the wrong ones. The personal Hawaiian pie was delicious! The staff member I spoke with was friendly, cheerful, and understanding. Keep up the good work!

First of all, the food was incredible. To top it off, the friendly and hardworking young lady at the counter even came out to my car to bring me the food that I had forgotten at my table.
they recently remodeled and it looks so much better and open. Food is still good. will keep coming back when I'm in West Milford (Hewitt).
