Went to Deag 's with my son today and was blown away by the food. I ordered The Local so I could try a bit of everything. First of all I rarely eat eggs as I don 't care for them. I ate every bit of these eggs. They were so light and fluffy. I wasn 't pleased that they didn 't have regular pork sausage but I got the chicken sausage instead and it was amazing, so much better than the pork. The homefries were very flavorful and the blueberry pancakes were perfect. My son got the Chicken Gyro with fries and said it was great. The place was super clean and the staff very friendly. I can 't wait to go back.
I had the California Eggs Benny. The whole dish was a great surprise!! Eggs were perfect. Hollandaise sauce was on site, and I'm picky about my Eggs Benedict. Home fries perfectly fried with a light seasoning to make them taste special! Now we talk about avocado and tomatoes. OMG. Fresh, cool on the hot dish and so tasteful. Perfection. Hubby had the Cuban that he broke through the entire stomach experience. And the house made chips? Nothing like EVER had crossed my palate. Easy access on Route 27 Directly above the Stoughton line. Make it a point to go to pack some of Deag’s Local Diner’s delights!!!
Now I see why Deag?s is so highly rated. Ordered takeout not that long ago. The Bolo and Country Eggs Benny where my picks. Everything was still hot when the food arrived. The sandwich was done perfectly, just like when I was a kid. The Eggs Benny wasdone just eight and the perfect flavor combo. The eggs where perfectly poached (haven?t seen that in awhile), corn bread wasn?tgrainy and toasted to hold up well. The pork belly was crispy and melt in your mouth. Everything in the box worked welltogether. Next time we plan to grab breakfast there!
Morgan sorry I'm so late! My first time here and I've gotta tell you it's the best Eggs Benedict I've had in this state! Egg was perfect only the yolk was dropping when I cut into it. No runny whites because that's just gross! The red potato homefries areseasoned perfectly. Morgan has a warm welcoming smile with the giggle to match. Portions vs. Price well worth the low prices. 10out of 10 for our first time. Sorry we're so late!

My husband and I have been there a few times for breakfast and have never been disappointed. Everything was great from the food, service and cleanliness. We tried it the other day for lunch and was just as great. You could tell that everything was fresh and good quality. A must try!!!!!
Great addition to the neighborhood! Welcome! Excellent food and friendly staff. Everything on the menu looks like a must try. We stopped in for breakfast and live within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back!
I absolutely love the tater tots but how do you get your scrambled eggs so fluffy and tasty? We have tried all the local breakfast places in Stoughton and they are good but hands down- you are the best!
