Spacious store , well laid out. Pleasant helpful staff. I read 16 stores are to close in Scotland. Really hope Dunfermline is not one of them! It would be a big lose,especially as it's the anchor store in the Kingsgate. At the moment it looks really lovely with all the Christmas displays. We have twice ordered currency from their Travel Money Bureau. The rates were the best we found, plus we got a £5 voucher money off when you spend £20.. It had to be used on the day but we easily spent that. Possibly the nicest store in Dunfermline.

we went to get advice for my 15 year old daughter for skin care. jackie on the Clarins counter was fantastic she gave us rehearsals to try that led us to buy the products for my daughter. very well known for their products. not too much annoying. jackie was happy to spend the time with the said daughter and we didn't feel rushed. jackie, you're a 5-star employee. they have won the 5 star review debenhams.

I was in the shop, buying shoes. janet served me and I must say their customer service skills were excellent. she was full of the cold, but made a first-class sales point on me. first man who ever makes me open a memory card. excellent service. Thank you.

although a small store than some others has a good selection of quality brands. it also has a very good restaurant as well as a coffee shop. the personal is very helpful. some areas may seem a bit difficult to navigate around in a wheelchair.

debenhams has always been a nice shop to visit and if not shopping, they can simply browse or have a cuppa. some good sales before summer and winter also! personal super! always traveling and always friendly. well done people!
