Went for dinner here on a Saturday night after not being too sure which restaurant to try. Paixixi and la cuina were closed so thought we’d try this after seeing good reviews of debosc. We arrived just after 9 and it was empty so we tentatively went in and asked in broken Spanish if we could have a table for two. The staff were lovely and guided us to the outside terrace at the back where we were given menus and took our time deciphering what we wanted in our very limited Spanish. My first visit to this restaurant was good. I liked the food and had no complaints. On a recent visit, however, the restaurant was empty when we arrived. We ordered some food and I found that the chicken was not well done, in fact it was raw!! My son complained to one of the staff, who had little or no reaction. They still charged the full amount for the meal with no offer of a reduction!! The staff were generally impersonal, which in my opinion does not encourage a further booking at this restaurant!!!
Fuimos a cenar 4 personas. El Bao de panceta teriyaki y de costilla hoisin estaban muy buenos y los platos que menos nos gustaron fueron los sepionets a la plancha con ajos tiernos, almendras y panceta curada y el entrecot que estaba bastante duro. La tarta de queso y la de galleta lotus estaban espectaculares. No les quedaban ni la tabla de embutidos de Ontinyent ni el foie. Salimos a 32.25€ p.p.
Un viernes de menú del dia. Precio de 14€ con primer plato, segundo plato y a elegir entre postre o café. Bebida a parte. Si sois 2 personas recomiendo elegir la fideuá que estaba riquísima. Por esa fideuá en otro bar, a la carta, te cobran ya lo que vale en Debosc el menú. Con bebida, al final, salimos a 20€ por persona. Un precio muy razonable al sitio y a la comida servida.

Un sitio claro para volver , la atención de los camareros fue buena , pedimos un par de entrantes pero no le esche fotos pero estaban muye buenos , las patatas con huevos y jamón (algo típico pero estaba bueno) y nos sorprendió más la pata de pulpo . Luego la carne era un espectáculo el solomillo estaba perfecto y el vino tanto el tinto como el blanco dos grandes aciertos .
Been there twice now and I love it. Fantastic well presented food for both lunch or dinner. Ontinyent really has got some great resaurants and this is no exception. Try the house cheese cake. It like nothing I've ever seen or tasted. They will be very successful.
Local con mucho encanto y elegancia. Gran calidad en sus platos, tanto carnes como pescados. Entrantes y entrecot por persona sobre los 35€. Repetiremos
Buen ambiente. La comida mejorable. Raciones pequeñas para el precio que tiene. El sitio es agradable y limpio.

Probablemente la mejor croqueta de jamón ibérico que he comido nunca. El bao de costilla impresionante también.
