I used to be a regular at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. I politely asked the waitress to serve the fish separately from the chips, as I have a seafood allergy, and she was happy to accommodate my request. However, the owner decided to ignore my request and served me from the same hot plate anyway. When I mentioned that it was Friday night and that next time I would just take my food to go, he responded incredibly rudely. It's unbelievable how they treat their customers like this. The waitress seemed far more attentive and helpful than the owner, who was too busy chatting on her phone at the window. Good service goes a long way, and they should learn how to treat their customers better. Word of mouth can make a big difference in the success of a business.
