HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am an OpenTable VIP member and have used this service for over ten years. I eat out a lot! I have rated restaurants with bad service or bad food when necessary, but this is the first review that I rated low on their overall score. My visit to Del Frisco's ended with the most horrible experience I have ever experienced in restaurant dining. Our server Patrick was amazing. The only issue that we had was we were sat at a table by the kitchen where everyone who came by either bumped the table, chair, or put their had on the back of our chairs to get by. The servers were constantly trying to squeeze by to serve food. Also, the table was so close to the table behind my seat that every time the lady turned her head her hat would hit me on the side of my head. In my opinion, for the cost of the experience, no one should have to sit at that table and the tables should be properly spaced so that customers are not intruding on or intruded by other customers. If I return, I will definitely ask to be seated in another section.
Terrible experience. First we had to wait for the hostess who gave us filthy menus. I couldn’t even open the pages, they were stuck with I don’t even want to know what. Then it took James the server 20 mn to eventually show up and take care of us. He wasn’t attentive at all. The first dish came after 50mn. Food was ok. No one cared to apologize for the way everything happened. Never going back.
The food and service at this restaurant were impeccable. However, I was disappointed that my $50 bonus cards did not work, despite having $300 worth of them. Thankfully, they were able to accept my $500 gift card instead. It seems to be a system error that I will need to follow up with Landry's about. Overall, I highly recommend Del Frisco's as a must-visit restaurant.

The steak temperatures were perfect. The wagyu was incredibly delicious. The service could have been a bit faster, but our server was attending to larger tables, so it wasn't a big issue. We will definitely be back soon!
The food is always great, but the service was extremely slow during my last visit. I expect better when spending more than $400 on dinner for two.
