I went to a Mexican seafood restaurant with my family and no one ordered seafood! Yes, that's right! We were greeted warmly and quickly seated at a table. The music was a bit loud, but the staff kindly lowered it when we asked. The complimentary chips and salsa were delicious. My dad even asked for a take-out container for the leftover salsa. Four of us ordered the carne asada burrito and a steak sandwich and hamburger with fries – all of which were fantastic. The burrito was a good size and the meat was tender and juicy. This place has very poor service. The waiter that attended us to begin with would hardly come to our table, so we always had to ask other waitresses that would be around and they seem to be bothered about it because they would give attitude. And to top it off the waitress got mad because we did not tip them after the poor service that they provided. She really asked me, “So you are not going to leave any tip”. I just paid and left. This restaurant is the best in the area for top-notch food and service. They have TVs so you can catch a game while you dine. The seafood and traditional Mexican dishes are both delicious. They offer a wide selection of mixed drinks and draft beers. The servers are friendly and professional, and the owner/manager is cool and interacts with customers. It's clear that he cares about his business. Overall, this is a fantastic place that I highly recommend.
This place is prejudice!! The sign said open and when we went in the waitress refused to serve us saying that the place was closed. I reminded her that the sign said open however she said that the kitchen was closing.....I believe it was because we were black! Other non black people were the dining in but they would not serve us! The bar area is amazing with fantastic drinks. The staff is helpful and attentive. I tried the wet burrito with shrimp and a regular asada burrito, both of which were delicious. The margarita flight was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning to try more. If you've never been, it's definitely worth the trip.
