The ice cream parlor at the port of Bienne is very well located right next to the boarding docks for travelers who want to take an excellent stroll on the lake. Lots of ice cream and drink products, friendly staff, easy accessibility for people with reduced mobility, the only problem is not many parking spaces.

I definitely had to communicate my order 5 times. So that I received the wrong ice cream 3 times... and we were 5 people. 5 ice creams (4×2balls 1×ball 32. there were 5 orders noted on the order.. my ice cream which was wrong 3 times had to be paid for again even though it was paid for!!

Horrible, super nice weather and ice cream going out, how embarrassing. Very poorly organized queue 20 minutes for nothing. Disastrophic operation!!!!!

Very even too expensive, the building does not make you want to go in short... To really go if necessary

Stay away from the crepes, expensive, bad taste and small portion.
