Today I had a horrible experience at the Del Taco on Citrus Ave. in Covina, Ca. I ordered 2 fish tacos $5. , 2 chicken burritos $6. and an eight layer burrito $4.19 . So, that is $15.19 plus tax. The bill was $23.34. They didn 't tell me thetotal immediately as they usually do after placing the order. After I paid, I could see that they overcharged me, so I went into show them the mistake. I thought they would apologize and quickly correct it. Instead, the person assisting couldn 't evenfollow simple logic or do simple math. She kept trying to make their mistake look as if it was correct. She was eitherstubborn, blind, or was trying to rip me off. So, I just asked for a refund. She said, So,...
Bought an epic asada torta that wasn't epic at all at the Del Taco on Citrus Blvd, Covina. When I got home I was hungry and then I saw the torta. There was an 1in gap on both ends of the bread with no food at all, it was all in the middle and sparingly.When the bread was closed that's all you saw, bread. That's not how they show it in their advertisement. I took pictures justcan't get the to post. Very disappointed.
second del taco location i visited tonight at around 4:15 am and the drive thru is closed. employee is outside, not sure if on break, with a sign blocking the drive thru. first location i visited they said the system was ?down?. del taco corporate reallyneeds to crack down on this issue. this is like the 20th time it?s happened to me after hours.
On a Sunday at about 6PM I tried to eat inside and the employee said I couldn?t because there was only two employees? whatever I got takeout at the drive through? the soda machine was not working properly every soda was just soda water with no syrup. Theyforgot to give me 3 tacos. Won?t go back.

The lady at the drive-thru was amazing! Her positive energy and cheerful demeanor truly made our visit to Del Taco enjoyable. The food was fresh, and the chicken tacos were packed with a generous portion of meat. We’re definitely coming back, as we have no complaints about the menu!
I had a much better experience at this Del Taco than the one in San Dimas, where they refused to accept my coupon since it was a screenshot. Plus, at this location, they didn't charge me for a side of green salsa.
There is a lady who speaks spanish that works here and feels like she is in a rush and takes the cash from customers as if she grabs it and acts kind of rude.
I absolutely love their chicken sandwiches; they're fantastic! And I'd like an extra large Coke to go with it, thank you!

I drive out of my way just to go to this Del Taco. The food and customer service is always Great. Love the green sauce..
If you don't mind finding hair in your food, this place is a good choice for you.
