This Del Taco is pretty decent. I've shared my thoughts on better and worse locations before. I've visited this particular spot three times. On my first visit, I ordered a soft taco and, since they didn't ask any questions, I assumed it would be chicken, but I ended up with ground beef instead. During my second visit, I specified chicken, and it was quite good. They don't skimp on portions like some Del Tacos do. They were out of medium cups during my last visit, but I think that's happening at a lot of locations; another one I went to in North Orange County was also out of medium. I keep giving this place chance after chance, but I can't do it anymore. The food quality at this location is lacking, and both the presentation and flavor are disappointing. Every single time I visit—literally every time—they forget to include my cheesecake bites, which cost $4.69 for two small pieces. The small fries contained only about 10-12 fries, most of which were burnt and broken pieces. In this day and age of rising prices, spending $35 for subpar food that is missing most of the order is not acceptable for a dinner for two. No more from this place.
I know literally no one will care enough to change, but whatever. The employees who work here are actually incapable of doing simple math or simple overrides to policies that have no point. Ask for something without cheese? No discount, no problem that's normal. But then to be up charged 40¢ to add lettuce. Lettuce. Not organic hand watered sung to arugula. Iceberg. Fork off with that noise.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I waited a few minutes at the counter but then decided to leave and went to Carl's Jr across the street, which was much better. There was water leaking everywhere, and despite several employees passing by, no one acknowledged me. We were the only customers there, and after five minutes of waiting without any assistance, I just walked out.

A travesty! The realm of Del Taco is marred by poor service and subpar food at this establishment. The kids' meal puzzles and the special bags they come in are frequently overlooked. The bean and cheese burritos often lack the requested green sauce that the loyal fans expect. This taco establishment needs to be reassessed or risk fading into obscurity!
Good luck they don't have great customer service, they saw us walking in nothing like I was there in a couple minutes nothing they just ignored us we left we went to eat Carl's Jr great customer service. I really wanted to try birria
I'm a bit behind on writing this review (about one or two months), but I have to say the new manager is fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service. This location has definitely improved!
Ordered online. Paid no attention to detail. Forgot all hot sauces and never got my large fries. There's no answer if you call or a way to complain on website. There's a link to help/feedback that doesn't work.

Happy that they repaired the big potholes in the drive thru. These folks serve some great food at a fair price. And so far they have always gotten my order right. And the guacamole here is really good.
