I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude, which was quite shocking. I even tried to call for references, but they hung up on me. The area manager really needs to step in and either retrain the employees or consider replacing them. This kind of behavior contributes to the negative reputation that fast food establishments often receive. It's also concerning that I've had three employees from that location apply here, and they all mentioned how poorly they were treated—I believe them now. We’ve been using the drive-thru here, and unfortunately, our experiences haven't been great. The beans were served cold, and my chicken tacos contained hardly any chicken at all. I honestly don’t see any reason to eat here; it feels like a complete rip-off. All I received was a tortilla with just two pieces of lettuce on it, and it was cold. I requested hot sauce, but there was none in the bag, and I didn't even get any napkins. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you want to feel cheated. It seems like this Del Taco location doesn’t prioritize their customers at all.
This Del Taco is the worst fast food place I've ever encountered. The food was stale and barely edible I only could manage a few bites. There were FLIES coming out of the tacos we got. Paid $12 for 2 tacos, a chicken roller, 2 mini shakes, and a strawberry lemonade. The guy working seemed like he was trying his best but this place is a dumpster fire. It really should just be shut down.
Ok, so the rating isn't so much comparing it to actual Mexican restaurants as it is just comparing it to other Del Tacos.On that note, the Thursday chicken tacos I just ordered were stuffed to the brim. Plus, good customer service and the order was actually correct.5* unless subsequent visit requires otherwise.

This place is disappointing; the food is stale and cold, and my orders are often incorrect. The staff seem unmotivated, similar to the McDonald's across the street. I prefer to drive to Azusa for takeout from both places instead.

Fresh incredible tasty food, and that was it! The woman that took our order was non-sociable. I've seen more conversation at a morgue.
