I was in line for half hour. Got to the window and only 1 person working. Let me tell you what she was putting the food out fast for 1 person. I'll get her name next time. They need more workers. This place is always busy. Been visiting this place for over 7 years now. 12/12/21. Went through drive through again. Less than 10 min. in line, food was ready and hot when I got to the window. Saw 5 employees. Thank you Management for listening to us customers. I'm raising my ratings 2 more stars. Thank you again.The staff was very friendly and polite also.
Just outstanding service today. Understaffed and working hard with 3 people behind the counter and in the kitchen, and a small long of people ordering inside and a big line of cars outside, food came out fast, tacos were visibly full, order was perfect and service was more than friendly. Your drinks are ready ma'am What type of sauce would you like sir A level of professionalism here much higher than we expected. Plus, boyfriend said their outdoor bathrooms were the cleanest he'd ever seen at a DT. Perfect stop before continuing our journey home.
SO I CAME HERE FOR A LEMONADE AND TO TACOS ALCARBON THOSE TACOS WHERE NOT GOOD AS I WALKED IN AND SPOKE TO THE CASHIER TO SEE IF I CAN GET A REFUND OR SUMTHING ELSE SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO ASK HERE MANAGER I GOT HELPED FROM KATIA SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND WONDERFUL SHE MADE ME A NEW ITEM AND GAVE ME FRIES I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY ? AND I FELT VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS KATTIA
terrible service and very unprofessional. workers on their pause smoke gras through the drive thru. the tussi in the window has made my order wrong and then argue with me about it before I ran the window. I'd rather go through town than get involved again. throw them up and learn some customer service skills! because honey, they will not make it far in living with this unprofessional setting.

Its okay. But the wait time is terrible dont know why. Always under staffed. The emploees work hard and are very professional well at least to me that what I see.
this restaurant doesn't even look at people when they go in. unfriendly for guests. it's always the same when I go.
I just ordered two 8-layer burritos and that are the best I've ever had. 5 stars for the Monday 7PM burrito chef! ?
