Me and my husband was looking to get food so we stopped in we waited in the drivetru with three cars in front of use it wasn't moving so we went inside order the food waited about 45 min get wile the Manger and the young girls she had working with walk around like it's there 1st day and didn't know what they were doing get the food get home everything was cold as ice who puts a hole bunch of bold up cheese on one beritto over all I sent 17.00 for trash I definitely won't be visiting this place again ever poor management and team members I won't be shocked to see the go out of business the place sucks
Do not come to this location. They need to fire everyone inside. They had three people inside and no one in the Drive-Thru and would not take my order inside told me I had to go through the drive-thru if I wanted to get any food because they were short-staffed even though no one was outside giving any orders. These people pretty much just don't want to work in a riding the clock getting free money because they're turning away customers. And of course they do this on Taco Tuesday.
Zero stars. Overall the worst experience this year; I sat down to dine in for the first and last time. First we were harassed by a former employee hanging out who acted mentally unstable. Tacos had an old unfresh odor/ taste, vs putting fries in grease, they attempted to serve fries that were microwaved, water bugs attacked the other couple sitting across from us. Employees and management were unsympathetic when issuing refunds. EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY???
The only reason why I gave a low star is because health issues and people at risk issues has not been addressed. People are making food with long hair flinging everywhere and hair nets not enforced people are making food with the same gloves they touch the cards and cash register with and it's very disturbing. Their food is great but this will turn a great place bad real quick and end up in a law suit

I came there today because I had a reward for 2 free tacos . Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken just to drive up to the window and an employee was standing there with her headset ON which means she heard me saying “Hello” then says the system is down and closes the window . Then I just called to see if it was back up. NO ANSWER .
My first time ever going for myself because my son knows I love tacos so he takes me and I go inside for myself and was I a happy camper. The tacos are much better than Taco Bell to me and to my surprise they have shakes. I thought I was in heaven and the young man who took my order was very polite and professional.
Knew this restaurant was gone be a failure no workers Kedrin the female dude ran all the good workers away and they got bugs in they restaurant. They never cook the fries fresh when you ask them to. I would not eat here no more.
This restaurant just randomly stop taking order. Ppl do not come out and greet letting you know there’s a problem. They just hide in the back. No one says anything in the drive thru. Terrible customer

Honestly this was my first time eating here and I can tell u I will NEVER eat here again my tacos just looked like they have been sitting in a bag from another order Cold and
Its ok, I mostly just like the milkshakes. They have a great consistency. I don't like thick milkshakes nor too runny. Del Taco's have the best ones.
