The quality of the service at this point has developed immensely. I was asked to move forward and wait while there are no other customers behind me for a few minutes. The cars that were dressed were served and left when I waited for my food. I parked and started to go when a female employee wanted to give me my food and I asked what took so long? She started to have an attitude, so I asked the name of the managers and she refused to give it to me and went back to the restaurant. The quality of food was absolutely terrible. I don't know what changed? Use this location to really good quality food and service.
I ordered a Beyond Taco at this restaurant. The girl working that night even confirmed the order, asking what I wanted on my Beyond Taco. However, when we went to pay, she gave me bean burritos instead - which was not suitable for a vegetarian like me. When they were overwhelmed at the window, they switched with another employee without notifying us. The girl also mixed up my partner's order; he ordered a chicken soft taco meal but received street tacos instead. The staff should be better trained. Perhaps they were moving slower because when we were there, the service was quite slow.
This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a proper meal, this place comes right away to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and varied food and a large list of dishes.generous staff members, and great mood. Also, the expence is reasonable. I sent my friends to this spot with no hesitation.
Today at 4 o'clock, I went to this restaurant but it was closed. As I was walking in, I was confronted by two intoxicated individuals. I asked why the drive-thru was closed without any indication, and they mentioned they were short-staffed, although I saw at least 6 workers inside. The employees then proceeded to kick me out while laughing and chatting with my attackers. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Definitely horrible way to run a business. Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:50pm all signs state they close at 12 but no response on speaker. I pulled to window and saw 2 employees preparing food but neither of them addressed or approached. They were hiding? Seriously to to it off after sitting there for 10 min they turn off the lights. ????
Let me first say Del Taco is my favorite fast food restaurant, but this place is terrible! My whole food was burned soggyries! And I tried the new lemonade with peach balls my glass was full of dead fruit flies! I had to throw it out. Never come back
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER this lady in the drive was so rude , I will never visit this Del taco ever had her a complete attitude and was basically screaming at me through the orderer!!!! Of course she wasn't wearing a name tag.!
Uneditable taco's. So greasy it's like soup in a soggy shell. Forgot my churros. How is the hot sauce the best part of the meal?

Great tacos! The shells ARE LARGER then others served at places, which was a tasty observation. Quick drive thru service a plus.
