I really hate that the customer service doesn’t match the quality of the food. The service is horrible. This is my second time not being greeted and feeling like I’m being rushed or an inconvenience yet I’m here to spend money. Maybe hire someone just to run the register and take orders that can deal with the public. If you’re sick don’t come to work. It’s not an excuse for bad service. And the woman could use a class in speaking to the public. I would never patronize here again.
Very horrible experience. Tried to call in order. No answer. Called several times and still no answer. Arrived to see a sign on the door that said all call in orders. Before I was able to explain the lady at the counter said only taking call in order. My friend stated she called several times. As we walked out the door that?s why there is a sign on the door. She has horrible customer service skills. Ever since she has been handling orders at the front whoever the light
This is normally one of my favorite places to eat but the service is poor I just called them not even two minutes ago because I'm alregic to shrimp and they cooked my food alongside shrimp which you should not do at all so all of my food smells like shrimp and tastes like shrimp as i called I was hung up on multiple times. I will no longer recommend this place of business
Go after 12pm. They don’t open on time! The food is ok. It used to be better but you can still get a nice meal here. There drinks are pure sugar!! I expect that because it’s a lot of high school kids to come there. It’s definitely worth a shot if you’re in the area. The staff always nice! Réservez une table maintenant
This food was SOOO GOOD! The portions were great. The price was even better. The cashier was so friendly and even offered a free sample of seafood salad which was good!Definitely recommend their food and will be back as a regular customer.
I have always wanted to try this restaurant. I was highly disappointed. I ordered the salmon and shrimp bowl through doordash. The salmon looked overcooked. The shrimp were dry and smelled like they were expired. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Foods Good But nobody never answers the phone no more I called like 35 times one day and went up there and it wassnt even as busy inside smh but I love the food forsure

They pick and choose the times they want to close early totally unprofessional (was going to be my first time trying it too)
