The food is decent, but I have a major complaint. If you go in too early, they'll only sell you leftover bagels from the previous day. It's frustrating because you can see fresh boxes from their supplier on the counter, but they refuse to open them for you, even if they don't have any day-old bagels in the flavor you want. And to top it off, they still charge full price.
Ordered from them yesterday and was charged double for 2 things for no reason. When I inquired for a refund they said “We don’t have your receipt so we cannot process any refund.” They charged me a total of $35 for 2 sandwiches and fries. Very dismissive customer service. The food was decent though.
First time customer this morning... their coffee is so delicious. I could drink it all day! And breakfast was well prepared. Hash Browns were nice brownish and crispy. Bagels were well tosted, stayed very warm yet softer to chew. Very good food. Will visit again.

i use to order the same thing every morning from these guys.. i guess i ordered it to much because they jacked up the price by 20% ... ill bring my business else where for now on..
The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the food was delicious. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and I really enjoyed it.
