We stayed for the first time at Deli and were looking forward to a relaxed evening. It was anything but relaxed. It was the absolute disaster!! We were three and took a nice place. The service was right with us, and I ordered a glass of water. The other two didn't know exactly what they wanted because no menu was given to us. Accordingly, they went out to smoke, and we just sat at the table two. There were maybe 5 minutes when the boss (Orhan) came to us personally.
