I'm going to start by saying if I could I would give no stars this place need to be closed down ! As a cook I worked in the back and it was never cleaned the cooks will go months without cleaning out the fryer oil they will just add to it ! The food Quality Is so poor my high school cafeteria Food was better I was told by the GM that if the owner could get cheaper bacon they would! It's not worth your money or time lots of other food in the Area not to mention how expensive all the food ! The entrée and soups were in the previous past times reused soups were to be saved at end of day and used later in week ! The chicken for the salad's is used after days of sitting! If you want to go to a disorganized cafe for lunch this is your place. I work in the building the cafe is located in. Orders are constantly wrong and late. Staff seems to care but it is obvious that there is upper management issues and training issues that cause havoc during off peek and on peek times. It's amazing that this place charges so much for so little quality. I really don't mind paying higher prices I expect a higher level of service to justify the higher prices. This is not the case at he cafe. High prices low quality presentation low quality training. Needs new management to train current staff.
Since 2011, the food here has been bland and unappetizing. It's only useful if you're desperate and need to eat to avoid starvation. I really hope that with all the renovations happening, Hamilton Partners will finally part ways with Deli Time—something they should have done years ago. At the very least, they should refresh the menu and hire some skilled chefs. I avoid the hot food entirely because I know it will just end up in the trash, so I stick to pre-packaged items if I decide to get anything at all. It's a disappointing situation.

I've been coming here for 2 years now, andhave always enjoyed the food. The staff was usually pretty low and helped when they could. I noticed a major change in environment and customer service when Bradley came in to help several weeks ago. I would recommend checking this place out!
The pasta at this restaurant is among the best I've ever tasted. The sauces are rich and full of flavor, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. Additionally, the service is outstanding; the staff is friendly and well-informed.
The food is not very good do not wear gloves when preparing the food when they are not sold the specials of the day freeze it for weeks until the promotion comes out again
