Terrible service. There's a waitress that is there most of the time, she's extremely rude and doesn't even greet the customers as they come in. We asked for a table and she said we could not sit down to eat, even though there were 4 tables available (one which was being occupied by a couple). I called multiple times to speak to the manager, and they kept hanging up on me. Once I was able to reach to the manager, he rushed me off the phone, and did not even care to take action. Customers should be treated respectfully in a place like this, but these people are just careless. I used to go there mainly for the baked good. I can 't complain about the food. What messing things up is the service. Last time I was there, I waited for someone for over 30min. They just kept walking by me. No hello. No eye contact. No I 'll be there in a minute . Nothing. Rude. Rude. Super rude. They dont deserve my money. Haven 't been back since. I don 't even order online anymore. There are other Colombian places better than this one.

I've never been more disappointed in a cake in my life. We payed extra for a tres leche cake, and they forgot the leche. That would be forgiven as a mistake if it wasn't for the horrible service that we received returning the cake. First they ruined the cake, then they had the audacity to talk down to us as if we didn't know what a tres leches cake was. I would give it no stars if I could.

The food at this restaurant is delicious! The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous, making it worth it. I have eaten in the restaurant as well as gotten takeout, and have never had a bad experience. If you are in the area and craving delicious Colombian food, definitely give this place a try.

I absolutely love the Colombian cuisine at this restaurant. The staff is so friendly and the coffee is amazing. It's my go-to spot for quick lunches, takeout dinners, or even celebrating a family birthday with their delicious cakes!
The Empanadas have no filling, there is hardly anything inside. The taste is not terrible, but they do not measure up to empanadas from other establishments. I am very disappointed with my purchase.
