Della Carrà - Réservation de table

Nous avons débarqué au dépourvu vers 20:00 sans réservation. L'accueil a été très aimable. Malgré l'attente un peu longue nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité des mets; que ce soit la simple salade mêlée ou les plas plus élaborés (risotto à l'encre de seiche, paccheri sauce tomates et basilic, spaghetti frutti del mare).Le service est très bon, la qualité des plats aussi, qui va de paire avec une carte restreinte. La carte des vins a l'air à la hauteur également(nous avons pris un très bon granito). Le cadre est parfait avec cette cour protégée par une ancienne vigne qui recouvre une bonne partie du patio. Seul bémol peut-être la qualité des amuse-bouches... qui manquaient d'harmonie.À re...

Ambiente bellissimo,sia all'interno che in terrazza,bellissimi tavoli di granito...Sono stato in questo ristorante con amici..abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo dall antipasto,al primo per finire al favoloso branzino in crosta di sale....La presentazione ed accuratezza dei piatti,come la qualità e quantità delle porzioni è stato di tutto rispetto e sicuramente da premiare...lo staff di sala gentilissimo e professionale...grazie ancora per la stupenda serata...assolutamente da consigliare...

Abbiamo mangiato in due, locale indubbiamente carino e titolare gentile, ma non è abbastanza. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, primo piatto spaghetti ai frutti di mare salato e un po' scarso, secondo tonno niente di particolare. Costo : altissimo, oltre 200 Franchi, davvero fuori misura. Per una cifra tale è importante anche la qualità del servizio, i tempi di attesa ed il cibo che deve essere all'altezza. Peccato.

Always a great pleasure to return here and have signora Luisa recommend a beautiful dinner. In the well protected court, away from the tourists' stream and the pizza odor: an excellent italien/ticinese haut cusine, simple, fresh fish, local meat, regional wine and vegetables. Our Chateaubriand...was superb and tender and the merlot Riflessi d'Epoca lent to it that special odor and taste. A presto, grazie. Réservez une table maintenant

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet (Rindsfilet im Salzmantel), die Weine lokal und die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich. Das Personal bringt es aber nicht hin, ist zu hektisch, unaufmerksam, schreibt die Bestellung nicht auf, fragt dann nochmals unmotiviert nach und bringt dann doch etwas nicht bestelltes. Auch wenn alle viel zu tun haben, in dieser Preislage muss beides klappen: Küche, Service und Freundlichkeit!

Wie jedes Jahr, kommen wir am Jazz nach Ascona und freuen uns in der wunderschönen Kulisse des Carrà zu essen.Meine Frau hatte eine exquisite Fisch Suppe und ich die Teigwaren des Meisters an Mojito, bevor wir den Tagesfisch in Salzkruste kosten konnten.Preis-Qualität stimmt.Die charmante Chefin war, wie immer, sehr nett und höflich.

A charming romantic taverna. The chef is very skilful at producing simply cooked authentic Italian food. The risotto Alla Vongole e asparachi was perfectly executed as was the chateaubriand to follow. Wine list has some real gems, Sassicaia 2001 was sensational. The staff are charming...too. A must visit

Locale accogliente e raffinato , personale molto qualificato e gentile, tutto molto curato e ricercato con luci studiate per una giusta atmosfera. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, consiglio vivamente il manzo in crosta di sale...sublime!!! Réservez une table maintenant

recht, aber irgendwie fehlt überall etwas, sei es bei der Bedienung, an der Grösse der Portionen oder bei den doch hohen Preisen! Es gibt für uns keinen Grund wieder hin zu gehen.

Wir waren schon verschiedentlich im Carra. Wir bestellten ein Château Briand und waren von der Qualität begeistert. Der Service hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
