As a vegetarian couple, my partner and I were excited to find a caterer willing to create a personalized vegetarian menu for our celebration of 25 guests. The Della Terra team exceeded our expectations, crafting a menu that was not only delicious but also imaginative and visually impressive. Each dish was a true work of art, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the flavors and presentation. What really distinguishes Della Terra is their warm staff and delightful sense of humor. We opted for a tasting menu, and they were more than willing to accommodate our request. Cody also helped us choose which courses would pair best together. They provided a list of recommended wines to complement each dish, which worked out beautifully. Every dish was remarkable, but the Tuscan sausage white bean soup was a standout, and I can’t stop thinking about the lamb gnocchi. Chef Cody and the team at Della Terra were amazing to work with for our wedding! We knew food was our top priority and biggest budget item for our big day. In researching we were looking for exactly what Della Terra offers farm to table, local ingredients, and high quality food. From the first conversation to our big day, the Della Terra team was prompt in responses, organized, and quickly helped us make revisions to our menu throughout the planning process. Overall we were happy with Della Terra being our wedding's caterer. However, the experience wasn't entirely perfect. With regards to the food itself, all of the food was delicious. There is a very wide selection of menus and items to choose from, and everything is made with quality and care. All of our guests loved the food. Beyond the food, there were a few issues. Communication with Della Terra wasn't consistent, and unfortunately they forgot to bring one of our side dishes (one which we were really looking forward to). We had a very small wedding and I was very torn between getting it catered or just going with Costco. We ordered a buffet dinner with delivery from Della Terra and I couldn't have been happier. I didn't have to do anything! Food showed up right on time and the gal that came to deliver and set up was fantastic. She plated all the food onto our personal serving dishes so that it looked beautiful and set it up on our dinner table. The food was incredibly good. We couldn't have been happier from start to finish with Della Terra! From going to our first tasting and meeting Cody and staff, they were absolutely the best. After tasting many different caterers, Della Terra was by far the best tasting, best value, and friendliest group we talked to. They did a great job working with us over two tasting to refine our menu and make updates based on our preferences. The day of, they executed perfectly and we received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and freshness of the food. Highly recommend Della Terra for wedding catering! Their food is delicious and their service is amazing! They had the food ready before the scheduled time which was perfect because our guests were ready to eat! They did an amazing job of preparing the food, setting up the plates and dinnerware, serving, refilling glasses, lighting candles, clearing plates, etc. They covered all the little details throughout the evening. Things went so smoothly at our wedding and I couldn't have had a better time. They are a well organized team with lots of experience. Would highly recommend for all your catering needs.
Della Terra is simply the best in catering! The food is absolutely delicious, the presentation so spot on and the team are not only gracious and kind but a complete delight to work with.
