Demetres Desserts Mississauga Courtney Park

I am a regular customer at Demetres and always order the Sweetcar Named Devour - Belgian Waffle. Yesterday, I placed my order through Uber Eats at 11:30, and it arrived at 12:33. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the chocolate syrup on the strawberries. The last time I made the same order on June 15 at this location, there was also an issue, but they sent me two waffles to make up for it. I feel compelled to share this honest review as I am unhappy with the service at this location. Just because we are placing orders after 11:15 doesn’t mean the quality should be compromised for last-minute customers. We pay the same as those who order earlier, and the rush should not affect our orders....

I visited Demetres Desserts Mississauga Courtney Park excited for some ice cream, but I left feeling very disappointed. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The service was poor; the waitress seemed to be wandering around without purpose. I found a hair in my ice cream, and it took her 15 minutes to attend to us. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to give me the dessert for free, despite the waitress and supervisor initially stating it wasn't possible. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated as a new customer and won’t be returning. Please see the attached photo of the hair.

Arshdeep was our amazing server, truly elevating our experience at Demetres Desserts Mississauga Courtney Park. We delighted in chocolate cake paired with vanilla ice cream and enjoyed the soothing flavor of Earl Grey tea. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the ideal place to come together and enjoy sweet moments. I highly recommend Demetres Desserts! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
