This was a most disappointing experience. Cant even give them 1/2 star. But I have to give a star to a rating.The first experience, when walking in and being greeted in an unfriendly way by the female waitress i say waitress loosely). She grunted at us. When we asked where our table was she pointed to one side of the restaurant and said its over there! Over where? there are heaps of tables so which one was ours? Then we ordered our food. I tried to be funny saying they are such a noisy bunch aren 't they her response was so what do you want? hmmm. No hi how are you today. The food was ordered. It came out in dribs and drabs. One person ordered a grilled chicken burger and was given a southern fried chicken burger, another person ordered a burger, it was burnt! Another ordered the veggie burger well thats what they called it but is was atrocious looking and apparently tasted just the same. 3 little button mushrooms with frozen sauce, a couple of bits of off lettuce. Then my meal came out. I ordered the Chicken Denari, it was supposed to come out with roast vegetables, the vegetables weren 't even cooked, I am talking not even 1 second in the microwave. Certainly not roasted. I sent the meal back and after some time I got it back and the vegetables were still raw. I asked for my money back because by this time everyone else had finished their meals. The only good thing about this experience was the guy who was making the pizzas, he was sooooo friendly and rushed off his feet because not only did he have to make the pizzas he also had to serve the food.
By far the best restaurant we have been to in the last 6 months!! We go out to dinner twice a week and tonight decided to go here for the first time, so glad we did! Firstly the food is AMAZING! The quality was fantastic. I had the parmesan wheel pasta served table side served by such a lovely friendly waitress too) was one of the best pastas I have ever had! Husband had chicken parmigana and he can eat alot.. But tonight couldn't even finish it! He was very impressed!..it was such a huge meal. And the chicken tenders and chips kids meal) were a big hit with our daughter. And the dessert was fantastic! We had a ferero cheescake stick and an oreo cheesecake stick, beautiful presentation, and the taste.. WOW, sooo good! A big thankyou to all the staff, they were so friendly and accommodating. Regularly made sure we were happy with our meals and asking if we needed anything. it made our dining experience even more enjoyable by the staff being so warm and welcoming. So to summarize it all. Outstanding friendly service, fantastic food and great value for money. We will definitely be back again soon!
