We had a 6:00 reservation for a party of 7, including 3 young children. We ordered fries to keep the kids occupied while we waited. Despite our efforts, dinner didn't arrive until 7:15, with the kids becoming upset and exhausted. The service was terrible, with an unreasonable wait time considering our reservation. We won't be returning, especially after the manager gave us an attitude when we complained. To make matters worse, the table next to us, who arrived after us, received their food much quicker.
I have shopped at Denningers for over 25 years. They relocated their Oakville location. We hoped it would be bigger and better. To our disappointment....the store is tight and the meat counter and selection of meats is disappointng at best. In my opinion they designated too much space to the take out area. I hope they do not make this mistake when they relocate to Burlington mall.
If you want to spend over $70 on a night out and walk away still hungry THIS IS THE SPOT!Their pound of wings half a pound anywhere else. When our server brought out 4 pounds of wings we wondered where the rest of the other 2 pounds were… this was their 4 pound that looked like 2. Seasoning and sauces were ok. First and last time here. There are just way better places to eat.
I am new to Oakville and have spent a little bit of time finding places to get lunch. Denningers was recommended t me by a German colleague and it was excellent. There is, for starters, a really wide selection of European treats and on top of that a great hot food bar. The food is full of flavour and authentic and I love eating there. We visited this restaurant on Tuesday night and tried their 2 for 1 wing promotion. The wings were delicious, with perfectly breaded and flavorful meat. I ordered the "stupid hot" sauce, which was extremely spicy but I enjoyed the heat. I highly recommend this place for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

I finished a draft beer when my wife asked if I was wearing pink lipstick. Of course not, I don’t wear make up. The reason for the question is that my glass had pink lipstick on the rim. I was sooo mad that we both stopped eating and left. We told the server and they “kindly” removed the beer from the bill.
