Because the meltdown is part of Denny 's, I 'm putting my review here as well. Disappointed in this place for their amazing melt sandwiches. How does the staff cut a sandwich in half and not realize the chicken in the center is completely raw?? The quality of the food was extremely poor. Even McDonald 's food would 've been better but instead we chose this place because we assumed it would 've been better than mcd.. apparently not so definitely a regret. Haven 't been to Denny 's in 10 years due to bad service the last time we went. Decided to return hoping service and food has gotten better and honestly it 's the same disappointment from years ago
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. Kathie and Katie were outstanding. The only downside was that by the time our food arrived, it was at room temperature and a bit cold. We decided not to send it back since it was Veterans Day, and they were busier than usual; we didn't want to add to their stress. I'm sure on any other day, the food would have been fantastic.
Came in for breakfast with my family. It was busy but the server was still very attentive and we were quick to get our drinks and our food. Kat (our server) has been our server before and she is great so we were happy to be in her section again. We will definitely return and hope to be seated in Kats section again. We also recommend the big dipper melt it is fantastic.
The hot tasty food fast service were excellent, even if the waitress did add on charge for a double serving of cheese on my scrambled eggs. She also added hash browns which I did not order sent back it took over 5 minutes for her to scrape the potatoes off and bring the plate back. We were the only patrons present. Had a delightful early morning breakfast here and our food not only came to our table fairly quickly, but also was absolutely delicious!! Our waitress was also terrific, always made sure our drinks were full and everything/anything we needed was taken care of in a respectful manner! P.S. The restaurant was very clean and put together nicely.
Denny's is exceptional, just like always. The food is exactly right, the customer service is outstanding, and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure that customers receive everything they need and get their orders correct. Denny's is truly one of the best places I've had the pleasure of dining at.
This location was quite empty, but unfortunately, it was very dirty. The tabletops had food residue, and the floors were equally unkempt. The eggs were overcooked, and the burger buns were overly soggy. After reading other reviews, I have to agree that the chefs really need to step up their game.
