I went there as an Uber delivery customer to pick up an order and when I showed my phone to the counter personal (who happened to be a manager& who was also assisting a customer with a payment issue) she refused to hand me the food until I signed a receipt. When did Uber delivery have to start signing documents for the food. I have never been asked to sign for a pick-up and it wouldn 't have been a problem had she explained it. Foods always super good, ordered lumberjack coffee was amazing taste never takes a super long time to get to the table, and my waitresses have never been anything less of amazing. One waitress in particular takes the cake! Georgina kills it time after time again. Outstanding customer service, and just an overall wonderful soul! I ordered the fish dinner my mother ordered the chicken fried steak dinner army, they came out hot but our sides came out cold. They said what would you like us to do about that. Would you like us to microwave it or remake it with a look on like remaking it would be an inconvenience and I don't want to spit in are food. The waiter never came to refill our drinks we had to ask we had to get his attention to even let him know that our food was cold. My mother didn't eat hardly any of her food because it wasn't hot. I come here at least 1 -2 times a week. I enjoy every meal I have when I am here. My server tonight Yedith , ordered coffee super delicious got a bourbon skillet added avocado and jalapeños was the boom my garlic bread orange juice was delicious she is amazing super polite and on top of everything at all times. All the servers here are the sweetest people in the world. I normally come around 10pm to 2am and the cooks are awesome my food is always cooked well and warm and it’s delicious. Great service, great tasting food! It was Suzie’s first day actually as a waitress and gave “A-Class” service! All staff was actually friendly and courteous. Do not mind driving out of the way to go here again. And of course I do recommend First time visiting this location and their food, service and atmosphere were in line with what we’ve come to expect from a restaurant giant! Our server, Suzie was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Food was cooked as expected by Javier. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
I ordered the songle cheeseburger with wavy fries and a coke (originally wanted iced tea, but they were out of ice tea) so the food was good. The time I spent waiting to be seated was atleast 10 minutes bo one noticed me and the t were not busy. I was seated and ordered tsken promptly. Food was broyght out timely but then I was forgotten. Check was NEVER brought so I just walked up to counter and told the waitress the bill was never brought. Well I'm sorry to say this was hust an ok experience.
One of the best Denny's locations in the Bay Area ! Always clean and the staff work hard to please. The food is consistently good and the wait times are perfectly reasonable. I'm a huge fan of the Build Your Own Grand Slam because I can get a gluten free English muffin fresh coffee yum clean bathrooms clean restaurant over all excellent . When it comes to Denny's in San Leandro , take the time to come here.
So I'm in the food industry myself and as soon as I see a guest come in the door I'm on that hey how are you doing Thang so when I walked in no one payed me any attention. That made me feel some type away so I walk the **** out. Y'all really need to do better on customer service if it's a 24 hour spot. Just saying
