This review of my breakfast at Denny's in the Camillus Commons will be in comparison to my usual breakfast place, Finally Ours at the corner of Cedarvale Road and West Seneca Turnpike. In almost every way, the breakfast at Denny's was inferior. The exceptions were that the over-easy eggs and the wheat toast were just as good at both establishments. However, at Denny's the bacon was undercooked and tasteless, the pancakes had a foamy, spongy texture with no taste, the pancake syrup paled in comparison to the real maple syrup served at Finally Ours upon request, and the coffee, although drinkable, was forgettable in comparison to a great cup of coffee at Finally Ours.
