when the lady said she wasn't a cook, but she'll make our dinner, I promise you, I thought it was a sweat and I had a good laugh. the server came out and he apologised and gave us the heads up that the waiting time for eating longer than expected because they don't have a cook and from what I saw only 3 employees working throughout the restaurant?. that was the moment when I realized that it wasn't a joke that she wasn't the cook. we celebrated a birthday and no matter where my family and I go we have an amazing time. I wanted to shout out the young (I didn't have their names, but the 3 the night worked from 04/12/22 at 8-9:30 pm). they were amazing and eating was 85% on point. I have a thing for perfectly boiled steak and mine was less than that, but I have managed it and their service outweighs this steak. sad Dennys doesn't make enough or more to help workers in this restaurant. do better thanys corporate team
a small entrance, had 2 experience staff at the desk and helped customers leave and enter. Waiting time for 2 was 12 minutes, waiter fast and friendly. eat fast, hot and delicious. the place was full of customers, but the 2 employees on the desk to continue checking, eating customers and very courteous to enter patronage into the facility. I'm sure we'll come back here.
I give four stars because it's always good to eat. the personal is friendly, sometimes too busy. Sunday and Saturday morning is incredibly busy. every other day is great. kat, charlie, charlie and the manager are so customer oriented. I love eating is always hot and they keep my coffee cups always.
Hostess was rude, waited on other people first even though we were the first ones in line update acting hostess was distict manager. I would suggest management/communication classes and to use listening skills, hard to be helpful when you are constantly talking and not listening to customers.
