Best Denny’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. Perhaps it was the person waiting on the checkout counter taking orders to go. But she was so kind knowing I had to eat gluten-free that she offered substitutions without qualms. She filled my travel mug and gave me an extra sugar packet “just in case” because I told her we were traveling. We ate here twice as takeout and food was hot and cooked appropriately both times. I highly recommend this Denny’s if you’re traveling by the airport in Albany. Just goes to prove that employees make the place. To Denny’s mgmt: Keep this employee and give her a raise.
I should have gone to IHOP. There were a few groups waiting for a table, even though half of the tables were empty. It felt like the host didn’t inform a waitress that I was waiting, as it took nearly 10 minutes just to get my coffee. When I finally ordered my food, the waitress even complained about my sausage with the kitchen staff, saying it resembled more of a sausage soup than actual sausage. Additionally, the table next to me needed to be cleaned almost the entire time I was there.
I always go for the Daily $4 Slam, and I usually enjoy delicious, fluffy pancakes that fill the plate, along with a nice selection of meat and eggs. However, this time was not the same. The pancakes were flat and slightly tough, and barely larger than my palm. The bacon was just a small piece, not a full strip. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best meal this time. Just a reminder to always take a look at your meal before leaving the restaurant!
Our waitress was nice but we were there for an hour and forty minutes for three people! My food looked like it had been dropped and was hanging off the plate. Bacon disintegrated when I bit it. Absolutely no one working there gave a care at all

Our visit was fantastic! The cheese, eggs, and pancakes were wonderful, and the coffee was excellent. Everyone was so friendly to us. We truly enjoyed our experience and, of course, the food!
Breakfast was good and service was fast, mango smoothie and chicken fried steak. Ur wasn't to packed until I was leaving I guess the earlier you get there the less people. Totally recommend!

Everything is very tasty... attendants are polite and helpful and the place is very clean.
