the atmosphere in the ahrenshof is inside and outside in the did very nice the service was a catastrophe. we were in the garden on Sunday, July 30, 2017 and wanted to order 2 coffees, a piece of cake and the egg cup ahrenshof. a service came only after 15 minutes. after another 10 minutes only the 2 cups of coffee came. after another 15 minutes I asked if it was difficult to bring a piece of cake to the served coffee. hectic racing of the 3 service forces all around, although it was not so full. after saying and writing 40 minutes my man had still not his ice cup. he then went to the vaults/kitchen where he was meant that the ice cup was long served. the ambiente is true. the rebuild has done well. also the menu has been changed: much less choice. that doesn't have to be bad. the food is in order, price/performance limitable. a clear line fehtl. it is not an ammerland special kitchen, something internationally oriented e.g.: you will find a flammpie. as everywhere: personal shortage also in the kitchen. If more than one group are there at the same time, the kitchen is on the limit. we have often eaten there and I had never felt that: mmmhhh is the delicious, I want to order again. but still good. the servic forces: well trained, objective, professional, you can not complain.
the ahrenshof is a more or less rustic building, which is very dark from the inside. the service is nice and quick. we were there on a Sunday and the waiting times were very long. the suppe came quite fixed but until the lead came, an hour had already passed. now to eat: the spatula was quite thin and seemed more like the glass and that for 20 euro. but otherwise there are very fast free Wi-Fi and the ambiente is very nice around the hof. In addition, the toilets are very nicely designed ); all in all the ambiente is very nice, the service very nice and charming but the eating is not worth the money.
we had reserved and had a wonderful table for four people.(Prima worked!); very friendly and competent service.
