This restaurant served excellent food and was most welcoming to its guests. All the staff spoke English to some degree and the service was excellent. The gardens were very beautiful and have won various awards. Our stay in Hagnau was only 5 nights and we...ate in Der Lowen 4 out of the 5 !! We can truly recommend this restaurant.
Go there 8 or 8/30am Ask a seat in the courtyard Take a candle You a sea fish All comes a bit of mashed and many potatoes it is ok if you are used to take German portions take a bottle of wine... coffee and have a desert pay around 18€ for a main course Give a few tips! Go home drunk!:
