Today we have made a day trip to the beautiful city railway on the pegnitz. we wanted to see the industrial museum and then walk a bit through the historic old town. we rented our car, on a paid parking lot and then four hours. we got the tipp from a friend and then we picked up the restaurant. when they arrive, they can already admire the original house from the year 1799, in which the restaurant is located. in the interior of the house there is a large fireplace that radiates a pleasant warmth in the winter months. the device is pleasant, the environment simply urig allersings we found a room somewhat darker from the lighting. the service is friendly. after a longer consideration, a sling full of nebel was ordered, defensive Franconian home cooking, and I was not disappointed, it was plentiful and really good. we enjoyed eating and staying. Conclusion: delicious regional cuisine in a diekmalgeschützen house!

a beautiful restaurant for the cold season, beautiful old building and a beautiful warm fireplace. craftsmanship, but not particularly modern or even experimental, solid craftsmanship at least. the service is remarkably attentive. drink selection ok. has always been happy for years, of course also in summer in the beautiful garden in the city pit.
