Poor and disrespectful service from the staff Although the rooms are nicely decorated and have a nice view, they are small and cramped Our room, which was on the second floor, had a weak and old air conditioner that worked, but did not cool the room (even though the balcony door was closed) The room was very hot and we sweated at night. When we asked to address the issue, they told us the air conditioner is working and that 's what it is instead of trying to solve the problem. Therefore the attitude of the staff was disrespectful without any care or attempt to help and we had to raise our voice in front of the reception representative. One night stay at this hotel. We were upgraded free of charge, tastefully decorated room. Satisfactory well-being space, shame about the rainy weather, the noise being deafening under the shelter (but not the owners' fault of course). Very good and plentiful evening dinner, friendly waiter. Breakfast with lots of choice but a little expensive, in addition to the price of the room (23€/pers). We still remember that we had a pleasant stay!
We had a great stay. Breakfast was excelent. A big variety. And tasty. We had dinner at the first night the food was good. My husband had a good massage. Room clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night Nice hotel, the people are not nice. The room is tiny The air conditioner does not cool Someone came to check. Ridiculously overpriced! 350 EUR a night (breakfast extra) for a tiny room with max. 3 star level furnishing. No minibar. This is not a luxury 4 star hotel. What do they think this is? St. Tropez?
