We stayed in the adjacent hotel, so it was a given for us to also try out the restaurant. As it was warm we sat outside next to the Nikolai-tower, one of the historic sites of Goerlitz. The menu wasn't extensive and there were hardly...any vegetarian dishes on there, we nearly walked away. But we found one in the end, advertised on the blackboard of daily specials. The food arrived quite quickly and was good. Not the best meal either of us ever had, but that was obviously because our choice was so limited. Prices were quite reasonable and service was friendly.
Bei einer Stadtführung wurde uns die Destille empfohlen. Wir haben gerade noch so den letzten Tisch bekommen und genehmigten uns das leckere Hausbräu. Als Vorspeise gab es leckere Kürbissuppe und Baguette mit Kräuterbutter. Zur Hauptspeise gab es Pasta mit Steinpilzen und Königsberger Klopse. Alles war superlecker, der Service war auch super. Kann es nur empfehlen.
Very nice outdoor terrace, really pleasant and friendly service and super delicious food! Even the portion sizes were absolutely fine for us! There is a small salad and bread and herbal butter at the expense of the house. We like to come back:
Very straight forward service and typical regional dishes, if a little unexciting, wine was a good range of local and french wine not over priced. Atmosphere inside was good with nice table outside when the weather is warmer.

A real good food menu: German, Silesian and international cuisine and really good steaks and a good wine list. The carpaccio was sensational. A very attentive staff.
War im hausinternen Hotel untergebracht, war wirklich positivst überrascht sowohl von der Küche, als auch vom Service! Hatte einen netten Abend! Vielen Dank!
Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen Handwerklich sehr gut gemacht. Freundlicher und nicht aufdringlicher Service. Schlichtes, aber geschmackvolles Ambiente.
Zum wiederholten Male waren wir dort: Trotz hoher Auslastung war die Bedienung stets freundlich und das Essen richtig gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
