I always tell people that our friend who lives in the Karben area is the best cook in Germany. Her cooking is better than that of almost all of the many restaurants at which we eaten over the fifteen years I have been visiting Germany. But: Deutches Haus is the one and only restaurant that equals our friend's cooking (only equals your cooking, Marlies, but does not surpass).Deutches Haus is more expensive than the average restaurant, but the food is so delicious that I have to consider it an excellent value anyway. top restaurant with very tasty, especially German and regional cuisine, beautifully presented and sufficient of the amount. nice staff, changing weekly recommendations and an extensive menu with fresh products. parking sufficient, well maintained environment to fair trips! highly recommended
