The staff are friendly and genuine, and the prices are reasonable. I recently ordered a birthday cake and it was of excellent quality. The options for customization are vast and the final product both looked and tasted remarkable. I have a sweet tooth, but often find sugar icing to be too much. We submitted a detailed design for our son's birthday cake and sent an email with all the information in advance as a precaution. Unfortunately, the primary color of the cake was changed from blue to green without notifying us, and we only discovered this on the day we picked up the cake. The bakery mentioned that the new color would better complement the decorations, but this was not what was discussed beforehand. This was a significant alteration, not a slight deviation based on artistic interpretation. Additionally, while the decorations were lovely, the cake itself was subpar. We will be selecting a different bakery for future events.
